Please read these terms carefully before booking a lesson with HB Driving School.

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the booking and delivery of driving lessons provided by HB Driving School ("we", "us", "our") in Manchester, United Kingdom. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
Lessons can be booked via our website contact form, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once we have contacted you to agree a date, time and pickup location.
3. Prices
Current lesson prices are listed on our Prices page and are correct at the time of publishing. Weekday manual lessons are per lesson and weekday automatic lessons are per lesson; evening and weekend lessons are per lesson for either transmission. Our Test Day Package is . Block booking rates are available on request and confirmed directly with your instructor.
4. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations or missed lessons without sufficient notice may be charged in full at the instructor's discretion.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed directly with your instructor at the time of booking. Lessons must be paid for in accordance with the agreed method before or on the day of the lesson.
6. Learner Requirements
Students must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and bring it to every lesson. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet the eyesight and medical fitness requirements set by the DVLA.
7. Practical Test Bookings
Practical driving tests are booked directly with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). We are not responsible for DVSA test availability, cancellations, or outcomes, but will do our best to prepare you thoroughly for test day.
8. Vehicle & Insurance
All lessons are conducted in a dual-controlled vehicle that is fully insured, taxed and maintained to a roadworthy standard for instructional use.
9. Conduct
Instructors reserve the right to end a lesson early, without refund, if a student's conduct puts themselves, the instructor, or other road users at risk.
10. Liability
While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe and professional instruction, HB Driving School accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Website Use
The content of this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of HB Driving School and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
